Soo this is a really old FOTD that I posted to my
Instagram probably a few months back & also in my
MAC Samples post to showcase the gorgeous Blue Brown pigment from MAC. It is full of duochromey goodness with a two-in-one colour effect that you can apply & blend, adding more dimension while cutting out on application time.
So this lip colour is probably a bit too muted out, especially as I am not wearing much blush but something like Revlon's Matte lipstick in
Smoked Peach may have been more suited to add a bit more colour to the lips.

Smoldering goddess you are! This is one of the pigments I'd definitely have to buy when I go MAC shopping! I'd pair this with a matte peach lip and nude lip!

I love the way you've blended it with Naked - it kind of reminds of MAC Club with the duochrome! I think it looks really pretty paired with the nude lippie :)
ReplyDeleteThat duochrome is on steroids and you look so gorgeous, you're making me jealous. When I'm done with MAC Club, I will have the serious dilemma of choosing to repurchase or not, and buying Blue Brown instead. (and on a side note, your brows look impeccable! eek!)
ReplyDeleteblue brown is such a lovely duochrome! Love this look. I probably would have paired it with a light pink mauve lipstick. Pale lips don't suit me cause my lips are already pale.

Holy crap, I don't even know how I missed this post? AHHHHHH blue brown pigment droooool. It's actually the only pigment I brought with me away to uni hahaha, it's just too gorgeous! I love how you wore it here, and the liner in the waterline really makes the whole look stand out :)
