Youtube Inspiration #2 | Lilpumpkinpie05 Tropical Paradise Eyes

Lilpumpkinpie05 or Jackie O, aka Makeup Game On Point on facebook is an amazing MUA on youtube with an awesome, fun personality  and she makes you feel a part of her tutorials. I've recently mentioned her in another recent look but I wanted to do another one specifically for this series.
She does some amazing makeup looks but I have recently recreated her Tropical Paradise eye look, which is actually my second attempt since my first one just came out as my same old peacock eyes as I forgot exactly what she did so it turned out the same as my others.

Gold & Black Smoky Eyes

 This is just a smokey eye that I wore out clubbing a few weeks ago, with a bright pink lip to spice things up ;)

Glamorous Purple & Gold

 I did this makeup for a friends party 2 weeks ago and I just wanted something glamorous (the theme was beauty & the geek so you know what I went as ;)) & lately I've been obsessed with highlighting the middle of the lid, I'm sure you'll see in many upcoming posts!
 When I first saw the inspiration pic (I will post it down below) I knew exactly which main eye shadows I wanted to use which is why I really wanted to do it hehe.
So without further adieu..

Glamour Winged eyeliner

Here I was getting over the flu, and I wasn't going to go out but I ended up doing so haha. I think winged eyeliner, false eyelashes & a bold lipstick can look so glamorous like this, like you've put in a lot of effort when you actually haven't, haha :)

Smoky Blues

Another double triple post, this time featuring smokey blues :) I'm going to keep the words short & sweet, lol. As you can tell by the title, the colours in these looks consist of blues... and they're smokey, haha.

Sugarpill Triple Post; Darling in Hysterics

Sorry guys that I haven't been able to get on here much- I have so much study lately so I need to get my priorities straight, haha. Most of the looks I have lined up in my drafts are quite old so bare with me, and its way easier to group for posts.
With these looks I was just playing around with my Sugarpill eyeshadows, these looks were when I first got them so that means that I've had these sitting in my drafts for a loong time, lol.
~Look 1~

Purple Arabic Look

When I was doing this I wasn't thinking of dong anything special with the eyeliner.. as you may have noticed, I barely ever go into the inner corner with it, but today I did & I really like how it turned out, kind of exotic & Arabic looking, hence the name.
 I didn't want to do anything too drastic for work with the eyeliner on the lower lashline but after I took these pics I ended up going all the way to the inner corner, which was nice for a change but not a look I'd go for all the time.

Goldilux At Night

I mentioned that I finally got me some Sugarpill, & I said I would use them soon! I have used all the colours at least once already, and if I was actually organized I wouldn't have to post them a week later lol. Anyway, I did this not long before washing it off just to practice, I wanted a cut crease but I think the "cut" needs to be more visible lol, either way I like it.

my fdtn is barely hanging in there lol, after a long day of wearing it. Weird angle but I had to tilt my head up into the light to get a good shot.

This is how I wore it during the day, with browns from Sleek Storm & purple on the lower lashline.

Nyx JEP in Black Bean to cut into the crease & as the E/L .
Bourjois E/S Pot it 04 blended into Black Bean
Black & Brown from 28 Neutral Palette to blend that black & for the lower lash line.

Red Cherry Lashes in #74

By this time my blush had faded & I was only wearing lip balm, but I did add red lipstick not long before washing it off but couldn't get a good pic.

Also, especially to Mandy who wanted a review, the swatches are here, I just wanted to say that so far, I'm loving them! You really get a lot with them which will last forever as a little goes a long way, and they apply so beautifully! With any eyeshadow, a primer will make it last all day, but I don't think you need to use a base for the colour to stand out. I had absolutely no creasing either (with a different look, & that was after wearing it all day)

Gettin with the times...small Sugarpill Haul

yayy. Just a quick post to show off my goodies that arrived today. Shipping was decent from Sugarpill's website, especially since I'm in Australia so it was a few weeks but I'm always expecting that.

How it came in the box

I'm sure some of you have seen the packaging many times before, but here it is again.

L-R:  Darling, Hysteric, Goldilux. I just new I had to get goldilux after seeing so many looks with it haha, & the other 2 colours are stunning, although it was so hard to choose which ones to order (for now)

I also got a sticker & a free sample of ... well I don't know the name as it doesn't say it haha but I'm sure I will be able to recognize it on the website.

All loose shadows were $12 each & shipping was only $6 I think so they are very reasonable priced, I cannot wait to play around with them yahoo :)
